Grace has suffered from depression and alcoholism for years. Like many people, she used to reach for a drink when things got tough but Grace really binged when she drank – to the point of self destruction.

She has suffered terribly and been in and out of hospital for years with severe liver problems and esophageal bleeding. Her issues nearly ended her life and she was warned that her next drink would probably be her last.

When I first met Grace she was bed-bound, depressed and at the end of her tether.

After several hypnotherapy sessions with Simon, Grace is a totally transformed woman – so much more positive and happy. Gone is the depression and the low self esteem and gone is any need to reach for a drink.
