I had just landed from an annual hypnosis conference in Las Vegas 2 hours before, had not slept for 48 hours and was entirely fueled by Red Bull and coffee.

We talked about hypnosis to hopefully give the listeners a better idea of what it is all about which is , of course, is completely different to the rather silly 1950s B movie stereotypes.

Hypnosis is truly amazing and useful and powerful. The more you learn about what makes people tick, the more obvious (and necessary) hypnosis becomes.
