The Post Major Incident Therapist Network
is a group of therapists from many different disciplines and has been set up following the 2017 Manchester and London terrorist attacks to support those affected.
Emergency help is offered free of charge with members volunteering their time.
Training has been given to not only help in the traumatic psychological aftermath of these awful events but in preparation for additional attacks if and when they come. Lets hope it’s never needed again.
The group can be reached at https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=post%20major%20incident%20therapist%20network
There is a map showing the location of therapists throughout the UK and abroad. You can also talk with others who have been affected by these events in a closed safe group.
Please seek support if you feel that you or anyone else could benefit from it. Contact me or any of the other therapist on the Facebook page. We are here to help you.
